What is Tapping?

Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues. It is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion at hand - a fear, a worry, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that's bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times on 9 specific meridian points of the body.

Tapping on these meridian endpoints, while verbally or mentally addressing the root cause of distress, sends a calming signal from the body to the brain, allowing you to feel relaxed and in control.

How Does it Work?

Tapping makes full use of the mind-body connection, acknowledging and integrating the concepts that physical pain, disease, and mental wellbeing are intricately connected to our emotional states.

When we tap with the fingertips on specific meridian endpoints of the body, while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations, both the brain's limbic system and the body's energy system are engaged, encouraging a sense of safety and resolution.

Through tapping, we're able to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body's balance of energy.

Thanks to the incredible work of researchers, scientists, and participants over the past 20+ years, there have been hundreds of studies conducted on proving the effectiveness of EFT Tapping.

My issue was handled the day after I wrote a review expressing my frustration about not being able to register for the app. I wrote to customer support and within a day, they sent me a link to sign in that worked immediately. Great Customer support and the app is rich with meaningful and supportive content. Thanks Tapping Solution!! I have been tapping on and off for a couple of years. I was tapping regularly but stopped when I was ill with Covid. Consistency is really the key and that is what am striving for. There are so many meditations to hear and I do have some favorites that I keep going back to. I’m going through a divorce and will have to move from my home that I love. I don’t know what the future holds, but I know I need these Tapping meditations to help me through of the worst times in my life. Many thanks more

Helps to get my breathing on track

I have been having horrible anxiety to include panic attacks recently and I came across this app after watching an interview on YouTube with the creator. Although I’m only on day 3 I have used it at least twice a day and have noticed that it has brought my anxiety down. I know this is still early but I can honestly say I will be sticking with it as I want to learn how to better understand myself and learn to manage and deal with my anxiety.

I’ve had tapping sessions with a licensed professional that helped me a lot but it was years ago and now things have popped up. I knew I needed help but wasn’t sure where to get it but then I found this app and remembered the previous tapping sessions. This works just as well as going to a psychologists office, in fact I think it works even better because I don’t have to leave my home, I can relax, I don’t have to worry about being judged, I just do the exercises and let them work. I know it’s working because wants to remain in my lap for a longer time. Even though I can’t always think of what is causing my anger, I just know it’s there & I know that by tapping, it’s going away. I am not one to try things of any kind but something made me do it and wow this is extremely powerful and I’m not exaggerating and would have never believed anything other than medication would be this powerful of a feeling honestly anyone who suffers w addiction of any kind especially if you have new or old trauma please give this a try .. don’t be afraid at first because it is a powerful feeling but trust the calm will come and its a calm that is a godly calm ..
