I don’t know or how this works so well but it has been one of the most instrumental methods I’ve used to change patterns and decrease anxiety. I do it once or twice a day and I noticed instant improvements. I started with a friend of mine and she said the same thing- more effective almost anything else we have tried. And we are both flabbergasted 😆 but it works!! Just gets better over time.
