What is Tapping?

Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues. It is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion at hand - a fear, a worry, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that's bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times on 9 specific meridian points of the body.

Tapping on these meridian endpoints, while verbally or mentally addressing the root cause of distress, sends a calming signal from the body to the brain, allowing you to feel relaxed and in control.

How Does it Work?

Tapping makes full use of the mind-body connection, acknowledging and integrating the concepts that physical pain, disease, and mental wellbeing are intricately connected to our emotional states.

When we tap with the fingertips on specific meridian endpoints of the body, while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations, both the brain's limbic system and the body's energy system are engaged, encouraging a sense of safety and resolution.

Through tapping, we're able to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body's balance of energy.

Is Tapping Backed by Science?

Thanks to the incredible work of researchers, scientists, and participants over the past 20+ years, there have been hundreds of studies conducted on proving the effectiveness of EFT Tapping.

First day I did it get any shifts but in the third day with you are enough tapping challenge I went down In intensity.but what I realized is during the day after the first tapping situations happened that reminded me of my blockage of not being enough. Many of these “lessons” are just a few minutes, but they can re-set a racing, anxious mind. There are also some for exercise, sleep, etc and the Team periodically adds new ones. There are some freebies and a subscription set. I love this app.
