What is Tapping?

Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful holistic healing technique that has been proven to effectively resolve a range of issues. It is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion at hand - a fear, a worry, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that's bothering you. While maintaining your mental focus on this issue, you use your fingertips to tap 5-7 times on 9 specific meridian points of the body.

Tapping on these meridian endpoints, while verbally or mentally addressing the root cause of distress, sends a calming signal from the body to the brain, allowing you to feel relaxed and in control.

How Does it Work?

Tapping makes full use of the mind-body connection, acknowledging and integrating the concepts that physical pain, disease, and mental wellbeing are intricately connected to our emotional states.

When we tap with the fingertips on specific meridian endpoints of the body, while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations, both the brain's limbic system and the body's energy system are engaged, encouraging a sense of safety and resolution.

Through tapping, we're able to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body's balance of energy.

I’ve been trying everything to heal my SIBO, spending more money than I have to try new supplements and also limiting more foods. I found this meditation when I was exhausted tonight. My defenses were down so I was better able to let go of tension in my abdomen and allow tears to flow. I’m feeling more hopeful that my body can heal and will use this meditation every day to remind me that I’m doing the best I can, that holding tension in my gut won’t solve anything at all.

I absolutely love everything about the TappingSolution app except for one thing. I wish there was a way to purchase the apps individually instead of on a monthly plan or a yearly plan. I know John Gabriel works this way and I find it better, because I do not need all of the apps that you showcase. Once you purchase them, they should be yours to keep. Just an idea but I thought I would put it out there. Thank you, Gerry Andres

Love this APP!!! Even though ..... 😉 LOL Even though I’m 💯 on board with tapping & crave it, the app has increased & expanded my tapping to many times a day. Sometimes listening to someone tap helps me unwind the “in the moment” emotional twist I struggle to tap thru. I struggle in these moments to tap on my own. THIS APP FILLS THE GAP! This app is healing the world one person at a time. It is the most effective tool I have found for emotional well-being. I feel so much more calm just knowing that I can log on anytime I need to calm my anxiety or any other emotion. I use it pretty much every day - it’s so easy to use, practical, and actually works. I was introduced to tapping a couple of years ago and tried it—I liked it but wasn’t consistent. Then, a few months ago a friend showed me the iPhone „Tapping Solution“ app—it was a game changer! There are so many sessions to choose from, from 4 or 5 minutes to 10 or 14 minutes long—I try to do one in the morning and one before bed. I first used Tapping many years ago before a surgery. It certainly helped my anxiety. I didn’t really use it again until this past year. I do one or two Tapping sessions daily. It has certainly been a useful tool to help me deal with very serious family issues such as my husband’s Parkinson’s and my mother’s passing.
